Queue-it collaborates with KB Securities to deliver seamless online experiences
Queue-it partners with leading South Korean financial services company KB Securities to deliver smooth and reliable online experiences during peak demand.
Queue-it, the global leader in virtual waiting room software and services, today announces a milestone partnership with KB Securities, one of South Korea’s largest financial services groups. This collaboration reflects Queue-it’s commitment to empowering South Korean organizations to build and nurture trust by delivering fair, transparent, and reliable online experiences—no matter the demand.
KB Securities has implemented Queue-it’s virtual waiting room to ensure optimal performance and a smooth digital experience across their website and mobile app on their busiest days. By controlling traffic during initial public offerings (IPOs) and other peak demand events, KB Securities can confidently prevent crashes, slowdowns, and load-induced errors, upholding customer trust when it matters most.
Through the partnership, KB Securities becomes Queue-it’s first financial services customer in South Korea. Since opening its South Korea office in April, Queue-it has also partnered with one of the nation’s largest electronics retailers.
Globally, Queue-it supports over 1,000 brands, including Ticketmaster, All Nippon Airways, Rakuten, and Zalando. It has a strong presence in financial service industry, and serves some of the largest banks, payment services, and insurance companies in Asia-Pacific countries, such as Hong Kong, Singapore and Japan. In 2024, an average of 80 million visitors passed through Queue-it’s waiting rooms per day, bringing Queue-it’s all-time visitor count to a landmark 100+ billion since 2010.
“Our partnership with KB Securities marks an important step in our mission to deliver exceptional digital experiences in South Korea,” says Jesper Essendrop, CEO at Queue-it. “By ensuring reliability and fairness for KB Securities’ customers, we’re proud to bring our expertise to the country’s financial sector and further strengthen trust in online services.”
Aaron Kim, Country Manager for Queue-it Korea, adds, “Collaborating with KB Securities is a testament to the value Queue-it can bring to South Korea’s digital-first economy. We look forward to empowering more organizations here to meet the demands of today’s fast-paced digital landscape and to build online trust with our globally proven solution.”
